The feedback between selection and demography shapes genomic diversity during coevolution. Chlorella variabilis NC64A and Chlorovirus PBCV-1

Using genomic time-series data from Chlorella-Chlorovirus coevolution experiments, we identified adaptive sweeps with temporal consistency in both species, showed molecular evolutionary differences between the species, and empirically demonstrated the feedback between ecological and evolutionary change across multiple levels ofbiological organisation.
