The data in this folder pertains to the paper Fish et al 2022, PLOS Water, "Impacts of temperature and hydraulic regime on discolouration and biofilm fouling in drinking water distribution systems". Please see the paper for full method and data analysis details, as well as a detailed description of the sampling point nomencluture. The three .csv files contain the data used to plot and conduct the related statistical analyses for Figures 3, 4 and 5 in the aforementioned paper. Files are named to correspond to these figures, header information etc is included in the "read me" file which includes a description of the data. Water quality data (turbidity, iron and manganese) during flushing (by increasing flow rates) of drinking water pipes (Figure 3 and Figure 4). Biofilm cell volume data is based on CLSM Z-stack images of stained drinking water biofilms (Figure 5).
