Serum and Urine Metabolomics Analysis Dataset for Membranous Nephropathy Based on Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

This study integrated serum and urine metabolomics to reveal metabolic signatures of MN and to identify potential biomarkers for enhanced diagnosis. Serum and urine samples from MN patients and healthy individuals were collected. Targeted metabolomic profiling via Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) enabled the detection of differentially abundant metabolites (DAMs). The dataset includes supplementary figures and tables for the paper, as well as underlying data tables for all primary metabolites in serum and urine.
