Time-dependent Tooth Color Changes Following Conventional, Silver-based, and Photodynamic Root Canal Irrigants: An In Vitro Study

This dataset contains the numerical values used to analyze the time-dependent tooth color changes (ΔE) in an in-vitro study comparing the discoloration potential of eight different endodontic irrigants. A total of 80 extracted human maxillary central incisors were assigned to eight experimental groups (n = 10 per group). Tooth color was measured spectrophotometrically at four time intervals. It allows independent verification of the findings related to discoloration potential, comparative performance of irrigant types, and temporal changes in tooth shade. This dataset reflects controlled laboratory conditions using standardized tooth samples and spectrophotometric analysis. ΔE values represent perceptible color change where higher values indicate more pronounced discoloration.
