Data for "Effect of Discharge on the Nonlinear Bar Growth: A Flume Experiment"

The Original_Data folder contains time-series data in NetCDF format for each experimental case:・01_Calculation_Result: Bed elevations measured by Stream Tomography in flume experiments and hydraulic calculation results of flow (water depth, streamwise veloctiy, transverse velocity) over the measured beds computed using iRIC Nays2D・02_Hypothetical_Calculation_Result: Same as above but under hypothetical discharge conditionsPlease note that the x-coordinate in all datasets is referenced to the origin at the measurement start point, located 2 m downstream from the upstream end of the flume. The Derived_Data folder contains extracted information about individual bars identified from the bed topography in Original_Data. Time-series data for each case include: ・Height.csv: Bar height・Length.csv: Bar half-wavelength・Bar_position.csv: Downstream position of bars (upstream position = downstream position - half-wavelength)・Eta_max_min.csv: Maximum and minimum bed elevations within the analysis domain・Time.csv: Effective experimental time for data acquisition
