Dataset for manuscript titled "Large active-area superconducting microwire detector array with single-photon sensitivity in the near-infrared"

The manuscript "Large active-area superconducting microwire detector array with single-photon sensitivity in the near-infrared" contains results for 1 mm2  8 pixel superconducting microwire single-photon detector arrays. All of the data used to generate the photon count rate vs. bias current and dark count rate vs. bias current plots are provided, along with measured properties of the films used to fabricate all devices.
