Curcumin–PCOS network pharmacology data (CMAUP v2.0 exports + DS37 DESeq2 results) — v1.0

This dataset contains the minimal raw files required to reproduce the Curcumin–PCOS network pharmacology analyses accompanying the repository. The archive curcumin_pcos_data_v1.0.zip includes selected CMAUP v2.0 export tables (plant list, active ingredients, plant–ingredient associations, targets, and ingredient–target association records) and the DS37 DESeq2 results used for differential expression analyses. A checksums.txt file with SHA256 hashes for each internal file is included in the archive. Protein–protein interaction networks are retrieved at runtime from the STRING API (version 12.0) by the analysis scripts; the STRING database files are not included in this deposit. To reproduce the analyses, download and extract the archive to the project root, ensure the repository config.json data paths point to the extracted locations, and follow the pipeline execution instructions in the repository README.
