Gene expression in mouse embryonic heart

This study was conducted to examine normal gene expression in the heart during mouse embryonic development. Wild type embryo hearts (n=5) were collected at stage E12.5 and total RNA was isolated for analysis by Affymetrix mouse genome 430A GeneChip.本研究旨在探究小鼠胚胎发育过程中心脏的正常基因表达模式。研究人员于胚胎发育阶段E12.5收集了5例野生型（Wild type）胚胎心脏（n=5），随后提取总RNA，采用Affymetrix小鼠基因组430A基因芯片（GeneChip）进行基因表达分析。
