Take-up of vs. ability to use AI among marketers in Europe 2023

During a survey carried out among senior marketing executives from Europe in late 2023, 44 percent of respondents stated that they were actively using artificial intelligence in their work. However, only four percent was confident in their ability to professionally implement AI.
