Lodgepole pine (Pinus contorta) and interior spruce (Picea glauca, Picea engelmannii and their hybrids) Transcriptome or Gene expression

The goal of this study was to develop a reference transcriptome for lodgepole pine and interior spruce. We also conducted a RNAseq study to identify genes involved in response to changes in the abiotic environment. This study is part of the AdapTree project which aims to identify genes involved in adaptation to climate in these species.
