Indian Skincare and Grooming Dataset (ISGD)

We present a specialized dataset for skincare and grooming analysis focused on the Indian Subcontinent demographic. Addressing the demographic bias and lack of dermatological attributes in datasets like CelebA, our corpus contains 11,200 images divided into two parts: Mix Images (7,200 images of diverse Indian individuals and celebrities) and Celebrity Images (4,000 Bollywood images with multiple poses per subject). Each image is annotated with 35 fine-grained attributes capturing facial grooming and skincare traits such as Oily Skin, Dry Skin, Wrinkle, and Sharp Jawline, along with culturally specific labels like Veil. This dataset provides a balanced and inclusive foundation for advancing AI models in skincare and grooming analytics.
