RNA-Seq reads of rice root under 2mM and 0.1mM nitrogen (NH4+) conditions. Oryza sativa Japonica Group

In this project, we obtained the RNA-Seq reads from a rice mutant 88n and wild-type cultivar Hitomebore that is a background of 88n. Since 88n was identified as an elite line from low-Nitrogen hydroponic screening, we set 2 conditions of N concentration, 2mM and 0.1mM, and then extracted total RNA from root tissue of 1week-old seedlings under hydroponic conditions.These datasets have 2 replicates.
