Anaerobic ammonium oxidation bioreactor metagenome. Candidatus Kuenenia stuttgartensis

Candidatus Kuenenia stuttgartiensis. This project consists of reconstruction of the Kuenenia stuttgartiensis genome from an anaerobic ammonium oxidation bioreactor that was fed with synthetic wastewater and had been inoculated with nitrification sludge from the Dokhaven wastewater treatment plant from Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Sampling was done one year after inoculation. Five contigs were obtained that represent approximately 98% of the Kuenenia stuttgartiensis genome. They can be found in Accession Numbers CT030148 and CT573071-CT573074 .
