Nucleotide sequence of fungi

This deposit contains nucleotide sequence alignments of several filamentous fungi generated using the MEGA X software system. The alignments are in FASTA format and were used in the study of Latoruaceae family. The dataset corresponds to a new genus (MB 854563) and a new species (MB 854564) belonging to Latoruaceae, with holotype: VIC 49511, ex-type culture: COAD 3604, and sequence accession numbers in GenBank: PP913763 for ITS and PP913764 for LSU.
