中国能源年鉴地区能源平衡表数据

《中国能源统计年鉴》是一部全面反映中国能源建设、生产、消费、供需平衡的权威性资料书，从1986年开始，由国家统计局工业交通统计司主编。2008年版起，由国家统计局能源统计司主编，中国统计出版社出版，向国内外公开发行。此年鉴大部分资料来源于国家统计局年度统计报表及《中国统计年鉴》。  年鉴分为7个篇章:1.综合；2.能源建设；3.能源生产；4.能源消费；5.全国能源平衡表；6.地区能源平衡表；7.香港、澳门特别行政区能源数据；附录内容为台湾地区及有关国家和地区能源数据、主要统计指标解释以及各种能源折标准煤参考系数。其中，地区能源平衡表分为单项能源平衡表和综合能源平衡表两种。在编制综合能源平衡表之前，必须先编制用实物量单位表示的单项能源平衡表，如煤炭平衡表、焦炭平衡表、电力平衡表等。然后根据每种能源具有的热值，再换算成标准煤数量，编制全国、地区的综合能源平衡表。地区平衡表的表式，是采用行列的矩阵形式。“行”的各项表示能源的流向，包括能源资源的形式和使用的方向，“列”的各栏表示能源的品种，包括各种一次能源和二次能源，如煤及各种煤制品、石油及各种石油制品，天然气、电力。这种矩阵形式的平衡表，可以把各种能源的单项平衡项目有机地结合起来，形成可以较为完整地反映各种能源的生产、进出口、储存、加工转换、消费等各项环节的综合平衡。

The *China Energy Statistical Yearbook* is an authoritative reference book that comprehensively reflects China's energy construction, production, consumption, and supply-demand balance. Compiled by the Department of Industrial and Transportation Statistics of the National Bureau of Statistics since 1986, it has been edited by the Department of Energy Statistics of the National Bureau of Statistics and published and distributed both domestically and internationally by China Statistics Press starting from the 2008 edition. Most of the data in this yearbook comes from the annual statistical reports of the National Bureau of Statistics and the *China Statistical Yearbook*. This yearbook is divided into 7 sections: 1. General Overview; 2. Energy Construction; 3. Energy Production; 4. Energy Consumption; 5. National Energy Balance Sheets; 6. Regional Energy Balance Sheets; 7. Energy Data of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macao Special Administrative Region. The appendix includes energy data of Taiwan Region and relevant countries and regions, explanations of major statistical indicators, and reference coefficients for converting various energy sources to standard coal equivalent. Among them, regional energy balance sheets are divided into two types: single-item energy balance sheets and comprehensive energy balance sheets. Prior to compiling a comprehensive energy balance sheet, single-item energy balance sheets expressed in physical units (such as coal balance sheets, coke balance sheets, electric power balance sheets, etc.) must first be prepared. Then, based on the calorific value of each energy source, the quantities are converted into standard coal equivalent to compile comprehensive energy balance sheets at the national and regional levels. The format of regional balance sheets adopts a row-and-column matrix structure. The rows represent the energy flow direction, including the forms of energy resources and directions of use, while the columns represent energy varieties, including various primary and secondary energy sources such as coal and its products, petroleum and its products, natural gas, and electric power. This matrix-style balance sheet can organically combine the single balance items of various energy sources, forming a comprehensive balance that can relatively completely reflect all links of energy production, import and export, storage, processing and conversion, and consumption.
