DATA FILE:- Raw_data.xls: The primary dataset containing all soil property measurements for each sample plot, depth, and reclamation time.<br>2. R SCRIPTS:This repository includes R scripts to generate each figure in the main text and supplementary information. The file names correspond to the figure numbers. For example, 'Figure_2.R' generates Figure 2.- Figure_2.R- Figure_3.R- Figure_4.R- Figure_5.R- Figure_6.R- Figure_7-S7.R- Figure_S1.R- Figure_S2.R- Figure_S3.R- Figure_S4.R- Figure_S5.R<br>Software requirements:The analysis was performed using R version 4.3.1. All required packages are listed at the beginning of each R script file.
