Enterobacter asburiae, a gram-negative bacterium in the form of a short rod that belongs to the Enterobacteriaceae family, is recognized for its potential in sustainable agriculture due to its various growth-promoting abilities. These abilities include phosphate solubilization, nitrogen fixation, plant hormone production, exopolysaccharides production, and the production of 1-Aminocyclopropane-1- carboxylate deaminase (ACC). Hence, by analyzing the genome of E.cloacae isolated from the rhizosphere of soybeans, we aim to understand the functional potential that could contribute to agriculture.
