This is a dataset provided by UCSD CALM for supporting and validating machine learning analysis diagnosis of chronic lymphocytic leukemia conducted at JCVI. A manuscript on the machine learning method is being submitted to Journal of Cytometry A. All the data and metadata has been de-identified, The study has been approved by UCSD and JCVI IRB.
