Diagnostic value of circulating miR-146b-5p and miR-222-5p in patients with acute myocardial infarction

We used microRNA microarray to screen differentially expressed microRNAs (miRNAs) in rat myocardial infarcted tissues compared with healthy control tissues. Then the expression of these miRNAs was further verified by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) in rat myocardial infarcted tissues and plasma. Finally, the diagnostic value of these circulating miRNAs was explored in 44 patients with AMI, 53 with coronary heart disease (CHD) and 56 healthy controls.本研究采用microRNA芯片（microRNA microarray），对比大鼠心肌梗死组织与健康对照组织，筛选出差异表达的microRNAs（miRNAs）；随后通过定量实时聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR），对上述miRNAs在大鼠心肌梗死组织及血浆中的表达水平进行验证；最后纳入44例急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者、53例冠心病（CHD）患者及56例健康对照者，探究此类循环miRNAs的诊断价值。
