From study of the interactions between the metalloids, geochemical parameters and the soil microbiota in Sb and As contaminated soils with two different soil types(flooded paddy soil versus dry corn field soil),we found a wide diversity of taxonomical groups and most of them were significantly correlated with geochemical parameters.Besides, potential As and Sb biogeochemical cycling in both soil types were discovered.
