资源简介:
This study aims to characterise and integrate the copy number status, mutation profile and global gene expression of High Hyperdiploid B-cell Precursor Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (BCP-ALL) to understand the heterogenity that underpins the variable response to therapy in this subgroup. The study is carried out on the backbone of a national multicentre clinical study for children and adolescents with newly-diagnosed ALL (InPOG-ALL-15-ICiCLe-ALL-14) in India. The copy number status has been evaluated by CytoScanHD( ThermoFiSher, USA ). The mutation profile has been studied using an inhouse targeted panel sequencing based on Agilent HaloPlex chemistry (Agilent technologies, Santa Clara, USA). The global gene expression profile has been studied through whole-transcriptome sequencing using the Illumina TruSeq stranded Total RNA library prep protocol.
