Embryonic stem cells were sequenced using the Oxford Nanopore MinION's direct RNA-sequencing kit. Two stem cell types (Elf1 and WIBR3) were sequenced across three pluripotent states (5iLA, 2iLIF, and mTeSR). Distinct RNA modification profiles were discovered corresponding to pluripotent state.
