Illumina reads generated using ddRAD-Seq for white-footed mice sampled along an urban-to-rural gradient in the NYC metropolitan area. Peromyscus leucopus

Here we use ddRAD-Seq to identify genome-wide SNP markers in 233 white-footed mice sampled from 23 populations along an urban-to-rural gradient in the NYC metropolitan area. SNP markers identified from these reads have been used to investigate loss of genome-wide variation in relation to urbanization, and to infer the historical demography of these populations.
