LexicMap index of ExPEC genomes

This dataset contains a searchable LexicMap k-mer index constructed from 21, 077 Extraintestinal pathogenic Escherichia coli genomes. The index can be searched using LexicMap to rapidly identify genome-levelmatches for query sequences (e.g. genes or contigs). Genome assemblies were obtained in FASTA files and indexed using LexicMap v0.8.1 with k-mer size 31. The index is provided in LexicMap native format (.lmi) and may be queried using the LexicMap search command. The file is provided in .7z format, which offers high compression to reduce download size.
