The MCF7 cells were treated with 1 uM Palbociclib for 4 weeks at a rate of 3 administrations per week. After 4 weeks, the cells were considered Palbociclib resistant (since IC50 increases from 0.7 to 8.7). The MCF7 WT and MCF7 Palbociclib-resistant cells were cross-linked and ChIP-seq against BRD4 were performed.
