Five published MAPK pathways examined for enrichment with AAMD-associated genomic intervals.

Empirical P-values for pathway interval enrichment were obtained from permutation test applying 100,000 iterations. Enrichment P-values were adjusted for multiple testing, as described in the Methods section.
