Effect of Filip1l down-regulation on gene expression during mouse syngeneic allograft tumor growth.

To investigate downstream pathways affected by Filip1l-knockdown, mTc11 (mouse lung cancer cell line) clones were generated by lentiviral shRNA of either scrambled control or Filip1l. We then performed gene expression analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 2 groups of frozen subcutaneos tumors. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for control (group L; 6 tumors) and Filip1l KD derivatives (group M; 6 tumors).
