Heyndrickxia coagulans Genome sequencing and assembly. Heyndrickxia coagulans

It was isolated from the digestive tracts of healthy swine in improved MRS broth.The isolate was assayed and included: morphological observation and physiological and biochemical assay, as well as heat, acid, bile resistant assay. Results showed that the strain was bacillus coagulans, which was resistant to pH 3 for 3 h. and were tolerant to bile concentrations over 0.3% (w/v) for 8 h.The strain retained its activity at 100 degrees C for 30 min，and was active against to E. coli, and Salmonella.
