Microbial diversity in selectively-bred alcohol preferring and non-preferring rats affected by alcohol use and subsequent FMT

The goal is to assess the impact of three weeks of alcohol use on selectively-bred alcohol-preferring P rats and non-preferring NP rats' gut composition and evaluate the effect following a subsequent one-week bidirectional fecal microbial transplant between alcohol-fed P and NP rats.
