Hi-C sequencing of Alaskan stickleback fishes and DNA sequencing of their parents

This data was obtained as a part of development of the Hi-reComb method to infer recombination maps from bulk sperm Hi-C.All the Hi-C samples come from aquarium produced F1 from wild caught parents. The parents were caught in the source lakes of the Alaska Stickleback Restoration Project.Dovetail Omni-C Hi-C libraries sequenced on the Illumina platformDNA sequence of parents of the Hi-C individuals, also sequenced on the Illumina platform.
