This repository contains sample data, sample code, and custom toolboxes to accompany the protocol "Protocol for defining frequency bands and decoding neural dynamics using hierarchical clustering and multivariate pattern analysis" by Li, Hasegawa, and Tanigawa.

Repository Contents

- sample_data: This folder contains sample electrocorticography (ECoG) data recorded from the prefrontal cortex (PFC) of a macaque monkey. The data is provided in MATLAB format (.mat). Please refer to the protocol for detailed information about the experimental procedures and data preprocessing.- sample_code: This folder contains example MATLAB scripts demonstrating the key steps of the protocol. These scripts are intended to be used in conjunction with the sample data and the custom toolboxes.- toolbox: This folder contains custom MATLAB programs required for running the sample code.
