Soil carbon and nitrogen simulated by the FUN-CORPSE Nitrification model

This data package contains model results from a study that leveraged three decades of carbon (C) and nitrogen (N) cycling data from a whole-watershed N fertilization experiment at the Fernow Experimental Forest in Parsons, WV to develop a microbially explicit nitrification version of the FUN-CORPSE model (Fixation and Uptake of Nitrogen - Carbon, Organisms, Rhizosphere, and Protection in the Soil Environment, Sulman et al. 2017 Ecology Letters). The study modeled soil C and N pools under N fertilization and reference conditions with the baseline and microbial nitrification model.
