The Viral Compendium - TVCv01 Structures

This repository contains protein structures catalogued in The Viral Compendium (https://tvc.apps.aithyra.at/), available here for bulk download. These structures are described in the manuscript "Conserved folds enable immune antagonism across the tree of life" by Profeta et al. The following structures are present here: Full protein structures: Bact-Vir and Arc-Vir Domain structures: Bact-Vir, Arc-Vir, Euk-Vir Note that the Euk-Vir full protein structures are available for bulk download on Zenodo here: https://zenodo.org/records/10291581 Cumulatively, all of these structures constitute TVCv01.
