Imputed New Zealand Woody Plants Functional Trait Dataset

This is a data collection and processing pipeline for plant traits of New Zealand species aggregated from two database and field work.Raw and imputed data is provided and the code to generate the imputed data from the raw data is also included. A jupyter notebook is provided to visualize the data and the imputation quality.Please refer to the README.md file in this repostiroy for details about how to use it and content descriptions.
