Spatial multi-omics data of hepatocellular carcinoma at single-cell resolution

An intact hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissue block (ethics approval no. 2024-R318) was serially sectioned into 100 slices. Three slices, ID1, ID10, and ID100, were selected for single-cell-resolution spatial profiling. Each selected slice was analyzed using Xenium Prime 5K for spatial transcriptomics and PhenoCycler-Fusion for spatial proteomics. We only uploaded the measured spatial multi-omics data; the morphology images will be released upon request. Please reach zhikangwang@fudan.edu.cn for details.
