A Decade of Football in Malaysia: Dataset on Match Scores of Malaysia Super League

This dataset comprises detailed match results from the Malaysia Super League (MSL) across 10 seasons which are MSL season 2015–2016 until MSL 2024-2025. The dataset was collected from several online sources and manually structured in form of tabular data which include several variables such as round, date, home team, away team, scores, and match result. The dataset is suitable for computing team statistics through features engineering, developing rating systems, training predictive models, and evaluating football performance trends over time. With 1328 matches and consistent formatting, the dataset serves as a valuable resource for researchers in sports analytics and machine learning model evaluation.
