Supplementary materials, aggregate data and analysis code for Age-Specific Associations of Sitting Time with Clustering of Metabolic Abnormalities in Korean Adults: KNHANES 2022–2024

This record contains supplementary materials, aggregate source data and analysis code supporting the manuscript “Age-Specific Associations of Sitting Time with Clustering of Metabolic Abnormalities in Korean Adults: KNHANES 2022–2024”. The archive includes supplementary methods and results tables; a completed STROBE checklist for a cross-sectional study; R and Python scripts for data construction, survey-weighted analyses and table export; aggregate model outputs and figure source data; and computational verification records. The underlying study examines associations between daily sitting time and clustering of non-waist metabolic abnormalities across adult age groups using KNHANES 2022–2024. Participant-level KNHANES records are not redistributed. Original survey data and documentation must be obtained through the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency KNHANES portal (https://knhanes.kdca.go.kr/), subject to the provider’s access and use conditions. Software requirements and instructions for obtaining the original inputs and running the analyses are provided in the accompanying README.
