Sparta Chemical Shifts and Experimental NMR Data for the Tau(210-240) Peptide and its Complex with BIN1-SH3

This repository contains sparta chemical shifts (in .pkl format) of phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated Tau(210-240) peptide, simulated with different force fields at different temperatures using different parameteres. This repository also includes the experimental J-couplings of Tau(210-240).The NMR chemical shifts and 2D HSQC data for the complex of Tau(210-240) with the BIN1-SH3 domain.
