Publicly Available ×4 Super-Resolved AMSR2 Brightness Temperature Sequences (18.7/36.5 GHz, H/V) Generated by PMTB-VSRnet

This dataset contains the ×4 super-resolved Antarctic AMSR2 brightness temperature sequences generated by the PMTB-VSRnet framework. The released results correspond to the four microwave channels reported in the associated journal article: 18.7 GHz (H polarization) 18.7 GHz (V polarization) 36.5 GHz (H polarization) 36.5 GHz (V polarization) The data cover the evaluation period used in the paper and are provided in 16-bit PNG format. Each folder contains temporally ordered super-resolved brightness temperature fields reconstructed from AMSR2 Level-3 products. In addition to the test dataset used for quantitative evaluation, four additional folders provide Antarctica-wide example reconstructions for the above channels, illustrating the super-resolved brightness temperature fields over the entire Antarctic region under representative seasonal conditions (summer and winter). These data are released to support reproducibility and quantitative comparison in Antarctic surface melt monitoring studies.
