THE SYSTEM OF STRATEGIC PLANNING IN ANTI-CRISIS MANAGEMENT IN ENTERPRISES

This article examines the system of strategic planning in anti-crisis management in enterprises. It conceptualizes anti-crisis management as an integrated and continuous process embedded within the overall strategic management framework. The study identifies the key components of an effective strategic planning system, including environmental analysis, risk assessment, formulation of strategic alternatives, resource optimization, and performance monitoring. Based on a systems approach, the paper proposes a structured model aimed at strengthening enterprise resilience, ensuring financial stability, and enhancing long-term competitiveness under crisis conditions.
