Unsymmetrical Dimethylhydrazine (UDMH) Induced Hepatotoxicity Transcriptome Analysis in Rats

This project focuses on exploring the hepatotoxicity mechanisms of Unsymmetrical Dimethylhydrazine (UDMH), a carcinogenic aerospace propellant. By conducting transcriptome sequencing on the liver tissues of rats exposed to different doses of UDMH for 4 weeks, we aim to identify differentially expressed genes and key pathways involved in the process. The data will contribute to understanding the molecular mechanisms of UDMH-induced liver injury, including oxidative stress, mitochondrial impairment, and apoptosis, providing insights for occupational risk management and toxicology research.
