Judicial System of Kazakhstan: Patterns of Criminal Court Decision-Making since 2015 to 2025

This dataset includes four tables with statistics on criminal court decisions in Kazakhstan from 2015 through the first half of 2025: pre-trial detention, convictions, acquittals, and incarcerations. Each table reflects a specific pattern of court decisions — such as punitive bias, accusation bias, and others. Additionally, data on jury trial verdicts and single-judge trials in cases of especially serious crimes are provided.
