Research on the economic effect of simulation golf industry in Korea based on the SVAR model

Based on the annual data of Korea from 2005 to 2019 (data sources: Korea Sports Industry Report, Korea National Statistical Office and World Bank), this paper examines the linkage mechanism between the development of the simulation golf industry in Korea and economic growth. In the analysis process, we select GDP per capita (PGDP) as a variable for economic growth and economically active population (L), sports industry investment index (SP) as dependent variables and simulation golf (GF) as the independent variable.
