Hanwoo muscle satellite cell RNA sequence

The research aims to determine the cause of the difference in gene expression of Muscle satellite cells. The cells belongs to 3 groups of Hanwoo (Korean native cattle) having estimated breeding value +50, +25, and -30. For each group, cells were collected at 3 stages of development: before proliferation, end of proliferation, and differentiation. Genes with significantly different expression are potential for discovering the mechanism of muscle satellite cell development.
