Genomic analysis of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains from chronic lung infections

We investigated clinical strains of P. aeruginosa isolated from sputum samples of Cystic Fibrosis patients and assessed their impact on S. aureus growth. To identify the genomic factors responsible for the shift in interaction profile (from competitive to cooperative interaction with S. aureus), we performed a comparative genomic analysis.
