XML Typesetting Technology Empowers Media Convergence Development of Academic Journals

This report is made by Zhao Jing at the 25th Annual Meeting of China University Science and Technology Journal Research Association. This report mainly discusses the significance and role of XML typesetting technology in the development of academic journals. This report discusses from the following three aspects: tool upgrading helps the transformation and upgrading of digital publishing, multi terminal publishing enables the integrated development of media, and technology drives the rapid development of science and technology periodical industry. By introducing the development of scientific and technological achievements in recent years, this paper discusses the significance of the development of new typesetting technology to the development of periodical media.
