Our study provides comprehensive insights into epidemiology, diversity, and resistance of CRC strians in China. It highlights the importance of establishing a comprehensive monitoring system for resistant bacteria and genes in humans, animals, and their environments as a vital prerequisite for limiting CRC transmission.
