Linked Drug-Drug Interactions (LIDDI) is an RDF dataset built on public nan-publications, equipped with trustworthy URIs. It incorporates some of the most frequently cited prediction methods and data sources, serving as a valuable resource for researchers to leverage others' work in their own prediction studies. One of the primary challenges in utilizing external resources is the mapping discrepancies between drug names and their adopted identifiers. To mitigate this issue, the dataset also provides a set of author-curated mappings, enabling cross-comparison of multiple sources aggregated within the dataset.
