This data set contains nine excel files, which were created to investigate, test and validate the non-unit protection method for HVDC grids using wavelet transform. The data set includes 1) the DC voltage profiles (obtained through PSCAD analysis) used as an input for the proposed method, 2) DC currents profiles obtained through real-time simulation 3) Voltage transient characteristics obtained through frequency domain analysis of DC voltage signals, and 4) Outputs of the DC fault detection function (wavelet transform) obtained through sensitivity analysis of critical parameters.
