We assessed recent changes in tree cover and tree cover composition over northern lands in four widely used moderate-to-coarse tree cover and land cover products and three high-resolution tree cover and land cover datasets. We also developed a synthesis map capturing locations of consistent trends in tree cover based on multiple datasets.
